Nduneche Ezurike is the Visionary of the Employee Marketplace
Initiative and the current Head of Brand and Marketing Communication in one of
Nigeria’s leading commercial banks.

He is an opt-in Advisory Council Member of the Harvard Business
Review; a global network of designated research contributors. Nduneche has over
fifteen years multi-sectorial experience covering Banking, Media and
Consulting. He holds a Post-Graduate degree in Managerial Psychology from
University of Lagos Nigeria and a certificate in Digital Transformation from
Virginia University, USA.

He has through the EMP initiative inspired renewed thinking on
how corporate leadership can effectively engage workplace millennials to enable
game-changing business outcomes in the era of industry 4.0. The initiative is
committed to onboarding 8,000 leaders by the year 2022.

Nduneche’s professional affiliations span across Africa,
America, and Europe, including membership of Nigerian Institute of Public
Relations (NIPR); Public Relations Society of America, (PRSA) and Chartered
Institute of Arbitration (CIArb) London. He is a Fellow of National Institute
of Marketing of Nigeria (fnimn) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Conservation
Foundation (NCF); an affiliate member of the International Union for
Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
